Our dance and fitness program explores ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, folk and lyrical dance. It improves physical and cognitive development, encourages self-expression, creativity, and socialization. Props, scarves, streamers and bubbles are used to encourage participation.

Tae Kwon Do.
A form of non-contact Martial Arts, our Tae Kwon Do program teaches movements to energize and practice breathing, and introduces meditation techniques. It encourages respect, patience, and team work while helping build self-esteem and confidence.

Soccer.
Weekly group sessions by age improve gross motor skills, social camaraderie, team play and self-confidence. Soccer builds leadership skills and promotes fitness and health.

Music.
Music enrichment at OC Kids introduces children to rhythm, melody, and instruments in a fun and engaging setting. Through song, movement, and play, children build listening skills, language development, and a lifelong love of music.

Yoga.
Our yoga program introduces children to mindful movement, breathing, and relaxation in a playful, age-appropriate way. Through poses, breathing exercises, and guided imagery, children develop body awareness, focus, and emotional self-regulation.
